These sessions are designed for men who may feel pressure to prioritise strength and resilience over their own mental wellbeing. Participants may find themselves reluctant to engage with mental health initiatives, influenced by cultural perceptions. The sessions will meet men where they are, offering a safe and supportive space for them to explore mental clarity and wellbeing on their own terms.

Session Outcomes

The workshop will focus on enhancing mental resilience, promoting self-awareness, and supporting overall wellbeing, the main aim is to:

  • Improve mental clarity and emotional balance.

  • Increase awareness of mental wellbeing in a supportive and non-judgemental space.

  • Equip participants with practical tools and strategies for strengthening their internal mental wellbeing and enhancing overall balance.

Values Exploration


Participants will explore their personal values through a reflective exercise, helping them identify what truly drives their actions. This connection to their core values will enhance their sense of purpose and alignment in both work and life.

Wheel of Life


Attendees will assess their balance across key areas such as career, relationships, health, and personal growth. This exercise will offer valuable insights, empowering them to make thoughtful adjustments for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Reflection and Action Planning

Delegates will reflect on their journey through the previous two exercises, considering their growth and progress. They will be guided to create actionable plans that support ongoing self-awareness and mental clarity as they move forward.
